Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director - Behavioral Health Value Creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a pipeline of initiatives to improve benefit expense and clinical quality outcomes
• Create project plans and operational processes to support program development and implementation
• Analyze data and metrics to evaluate program performance and communicate impacts to stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a managed care organization or health insurer
• 5+ years of experience collaborating with diverse teams for innovative solutions
• Experience leveraging data to drive strategies and solutions
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects in a matrixed organization
• Experience influencing others and accomplishing work during times of ambiguity
