Behavioral Health Intake Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intake Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inquiry calls and assess for special needs and accommodations
• Coordinate the client intake process and ensure accurate documentation
• Collaborate with internal and external resources to facilitate patient admissions and resolve payer issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 6 years of related experience in Human Services
• 2 years of clinical experience in the Behavioral Field
• Crisis intervention training
• Master's Degree in a Behavioral related field is preferred
• 3-5 years of clinical experience in the Behavioral Field is preferred
