Behavioral Health Program Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Trainer - Remote (Behavioral/Mental Health).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-job and virtual training sessions for call center workflows
• Coordinate and conduct remedial training for call center staff who fail competency checks
• Analyze training status reports to ensure compliance with program personnel certifications and training requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in adult education, human resources training and development, or a similar program
• Minimum of 5 years experience in developing and implementing training programs for call center operations or behavioral/mental health
• Proficiency in electronic learning systems and Microsoft Office tools
• U.S. citizenship and fluency in English
• Ability to pass a Tier 2 Low Risk criminal history background check
