About the position
As a Benefits Representative at Haro Service, you will play a crucial role in managing the influx of requests for our services while working fully remotely from home. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about customer service and have a knack for soft sales. You will be part of a dedicated team that prioritizes customer happiness and aims to assist customers in transforming the way they protect their families. Your responsibilities will include serving as the first point of contact for all support communications, primarily through phone, email, and Zoom. You will be tasked with answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and routing product feedback appropriately. Additionally, you will handle open customer issues, ensuring timely follow-up and satisfactory resolution. Keeping internal and customer-facing support documentation up to date will also be part of your role, along with actively providing recommendations for continuous product and process improvement. You will have the opportunity to build scalable customer-facing resources for common questions and issues, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.

Requirements
• 1+ years of customer-facing work experience.

• Demonstrated perseverance when resolving customer requests.

• An aptitude for learning and sharing knowledge with others.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Prior experience walking customers through technical solutions through chat and email is a plus.
