Benefits Setup Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Setup Representative - Work From Home.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client benefit requests and perform testing or quality reviews
• Execute test beds and validate coding accuracy to ensure client satisfaction
• Log issues and defects found during testing and perform QA functions for plan design implementations

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, auditing, or quality assurance
• Experience with RxClaim applications, PBM, Medical Claims, or Health Insurance
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance and testing in the healthcare domain
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
