Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefit Specialist- REMOTE.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer disability plans and manage the leave process
• Ensure data integrity in Workday through validation and error reporting
• Support compliance functions related to 401(k) plan testing and ACA reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Three or more years of experience in HR/Benefits projects and systems
• Working knowledge of Workday Benefits and Payroll
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience in Benefits Administration
