We’re hiring a reliable, bilingual virtual assistant to manage guest communication for our Airbnb property using Hospitable. While this is a part-time role, we need someone who can provide 24/7 responsiveness — either directly or by managing a set response window.
You’ll be the friendly first point of contact for our guests, making sure they feel supported from booking to checkout.
Responsibilities:
Respond to guest messages in a timely, professional manner (ideally within 1 hour)
Manage communication through Hospitable and Airbnb platforms
Coordinate check-in/out details and answer FAQs
De-escalate any guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
Work off provided SOPs or templates, and contribute to improving them
Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish and English (written)
Experience with Hospitable, Airbnb, Guesty, or similar tools
Strong written communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working independently and managing time-sensitive tasks
Located in Colombia or Latin America preferred
Availability to respond 24/7 (or structured around rotating shifts)
Compensation:
~$5 USD/hour
~20 hours/week (part-time)
Monthly: $400–$450
Bonus available for consistent 5-star reviews from guests
