Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual (English/French) Global Career & Integration Coach.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish rapport and motivate program participants to achieve their career goals
• Guide participants through the coaching process and assist with career development and transition issues
• Coach on job search skills, including CV/r sum writing, interviewing, and negotiation techniques

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in job search coaching, including resume development and interview preparation
• Experience working with expatriates on job searches in Vietnam
• Understanding of business and cultural practices within Vietnam and surrounding areas
• Currently resides or works in Vietnam
• Master's degree in a related field and coaching certification preferred
