Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Collections Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, supervise, and evaluate workflow for the Collections Department
• Supervise and develop assigned staff while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
• Review collections activity and resolve customer complaints

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 3 years of collections work experience in the legal field, bankruptcy, or mortgage servicing required
• Knowledge of loss mitigation mortgage workouts
• Working knowledge of contact center database applications
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products
