Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual (Italian/English) Customer Support Representative (Remote - US).

Key Responsibilities

• Support ATM customers via phone, chat, email, and SMS
• Handle functional questions regarding the usage of ATMs and the app
• Provide basic cryptocurrency education and troubleshoot ATMs

Required Qualifications

• Business fluent in Italian and English
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
• Competent computer literacy and troubleshooting experience
• Technical acumen with iOS and Android
