Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Quality Analyst - Call Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and evaluate inbound/outbound calls and customer issue tickets for quality assurance
  • Participate in quality assurance initiatives, including training material development and process improvements
  • Provide feedback and performance reports to improve call quality and adherence to standards
Required Qualifications
  • Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken)
  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in revenue cycle management and billing
  • 2 years of call center experience
  • Experience in training and developing policies and procedures
  • Familiarity with electronic medical systems and quality assurance methodologies is a plus
