Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing & Collections Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage billing email inbox and respond to customer inquiries and requests
• Monitor overdue accounts and conduct proactive collection calls
• Analyze billing and collections procedures for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field, or 3-5 years of related experience
• Strong understanding of billing and collections policies and procedures
• Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting platforms preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
• Experience in telecom and/or IT services is a plus
