• Serve as the main contact for e-Rate & Rural Health Care Funding inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Associates degree (or higher) or 2+ years of professional work experience or military service
• 2+ years of customer service or billing experience
• Must adhere to attendance guidelines to meet business needs
