Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Non-Medicare Billing Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Enters new patient and payer data
• Obtains billing data and census from clients and submits accurate claims in a timely manner
• Reviews and audits claims, reporting errors and making necessary corrections

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or one-year related experience/training
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
• Ability to calculate figures and apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry
• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, internet, and database software
• Ability to solve practical problems in various situations with limited standardization
