Job Summary

A company is looking for a Correspondence Billing Specialist to evaluate and process client and patient correspondence remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Review correspondence requests to send invoices, make adjustments, and update claims in the billing system
• Compose clear and professional email communications to internal and external customers for follow-up
• Run status checks on invoice/claim correction files and follow approved SOPs to resolve correspondence requests

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of directly applicable experience in correspondence, patient billing customer service, or healthcare billing
• Current healthcare billing specialist experience strongly preferred
• Previous medical billing or accounts receivables experience preferred
