Job Summary
A company is looking for a Billing Support Specialist to assist and educate clients and therapists while troubleshooting technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues raised by clients and therapists via phone and live chat
- Identify root causes of problems and collaborate with product teams to enhance the platform
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and therapists throughout their journey
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of experience with insurance across multiple commercial and government payers
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, including ICD-10/CPT codes, preferably in mental health
- Experience with Claim MD or Availty for verifying benefits and reading EOBs
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities in a remote environment
- Bilingual (Spanish preferred) is a plus
