• Create and deliver functional/business requirements documentation

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience in developing specifications, plans, and training for end-users
• Insurance background required
• Ability to serve as a liaison between business owners and software development teams
