Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst-iMDM.

Key Responsibilities

• Review close matches in iMDM Inspector work queue and resolve as necessary
• Conduct data analysis and member record reconciliation
• Provide process and operational support to the IMDM Operations Support team

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or higher; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience reviewing and analyzing data
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Ability to identify trends for algorithmic tuning
• Experience in quality reporting, analysis, and audits preferred
