Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst II to conduct business process analyses and support management with reporting and testing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate activities and systems for workflow simplification and prepare reports for management
• Coordinate testing and debugging of software, developing formal test plans and monitoring implementations
• Define business requirements and assist in business reviews to ensure productivity improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of job-related business experience, or an Associate's degree with two years of experience
• Two years of job-related business systems analysis or customer support experience
• Working knowledge of business support and systems concepts
• Fundamental understanding of user acceptance test plans and project plans
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
