Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to support business initiatives and projects in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboard employer groups and Third Party Administrators (TPAs) for electronic enrollment and premium files
• Analyze intake forms for accurate processing and collaborate with partners for onboarding and file management
• Manage projects and maintain compliance with relevant policies while providing weekly updates and dashboards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of three years of relevant experience in consulting, project management, or data analytics
• Experience in onboarding or consulting customers while managing expectations aligned with a schedule
• Proficiency in MS suite software
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize work and manage high volumes of file implementations
