Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current and future state business functions and requirements using Agile methods
• Consult with management to identify and document business functions, needs, and operational procedures
• Create user stories and manage the product backlog while participating in Scrum ceremonies

Required Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience in Business Analysis
• Two (2) years of experience in Agile methodologies, including writing user stories
• Experience in creating requirements documentation for complex projects
• Business Analysis certifications such as PMI-PBA or CBAP are a plus
• Experience in identifying and documenting business processes in legacy application data systems is desirable
