We’re looking for two kick a** coaches who are:
• humble and listen like a rock with ears
• use simple, yet highly effective tools, models and frameworks that clients just ‘get’
• get a CPD qualification when they work with us, nothing too fancy, just good, practical stuff
• if they’re already ICF qualified, they get extra CCE credits (that’s quite fancy)
• respond to clients needs and offer answers when and how they need it
• believe in building kick a** cultures so people are no longer miserable at work
