Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Analyst to support its Tax Credit Syndication Business Development group.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct preliminary feasibility analysis of investment opportunities and perform transaction modeling
• Prepare investment summaries and marketing materials, and assist in organizing investor meetings
• Analyze and maintain investor relationships while managing pipelines and coordinating due diligence needs

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional experience in real estate underwriting, finance, and analysis preferred
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or Real Estate
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Prior experience with affordable housing loans or investments is a plus
• Highly motivated self-starter capable of working independently and as part of a team
