Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Representative - Demand Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to potential travelers to drive bookings across luxury properties
• Identify and engage with high-value travelers through personalized outreach campaigns
• Conduct consultative conversations to understand travelers' needs and match them with ideal experiences

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of client-centered sales experience preferred, especially in hospitality or travel
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required for candidates with relevant experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
