Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Manager to drive data-driven insights and recommendations for optimizing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall business intelligence strategy and performance tracking reports
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across business systems and perform ad hoc data analysis
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend BI tools and technologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or financial analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems, along with SQL or other database query languages
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
