Partner Design Studio (PDS) is a high-performance design consultancy that partners with consulting firms, ministries, and global businesses to deliver sharp, executive-ready presentation decks. We don’t do templates. We build narrative-driven, data-backed, visually sophisticated slides that speak directly to decision-makers. We’re trusted by C-level executives, strategic consultants, and project leaders who expect nothing less than world-class. If you obsess over precision, hierarchy, and clean storytelling, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
• You will convert complex consulting-style content into clean, high-impact slides.
• You will work directly with creative leads and senior strategists to refine visual storytelling.
• You will design from scratch in PowerPoint (and occasionally Figma or Keynote) without relying on pre-made templates.
• You’ll maintain consistency in layout, formatting, and brand guidelines across large decks ranging from 20 to 150 slides.
• You will visualize frameworks, models, charts, and workflows with clarity and executive polish.
• You will adapt to client-specific tone and strategic context in every file.
This role requires going beyond aesthetics—focusing on structure, logic, and visual hierarchy.
Who You Are:
• You have 3+ years of experience in business presentation design, preferably with an agency or consulting background.
• You are proficient in PowerPoint—not just using it but mastering it. Bonus if you have working knowledge of Figma, Illustrator, or Keynote.
• You have a strong command over alignment, spacing, font hierarchy, and minimalism.
• You think like a consultant and communicate like a designer. You’re comfortable working under tight timelines without compromising quality. A slide is never “done” unless it’s PDS-worthy.
Nice-to-haves include experience with MBB (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) style decks or Big 4 clients, understanding of business strategy and data storytelling, and the ability to handle multiple fast-paced projects with different leads and design tones.
What We Offer:
• A remote-first, performance-focused culture.
• Opportunities to lead and grow into creative leadership roles.
• Exposure to high-stakes, international clients.
• Regular bonuses tied to project excellence and ownership.
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in business or consulting presentation design.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint — comfortable designing from scratch without templates.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout balance, and alignment principles.
• Solid grasp of brand consistency, formatting, and typography rules.
• Ability to visualize business frameworks, models, data points, and narratives clearly.
• Experience working on decks with 20–150 slides under tight turnaround times.
• Strong communication skills — can take abstract input and deliver structured, polished designs.
• Professional working knowledge of English (verbal + written).
• Familiarity with MBB/Big 4 deck styles is a strong advantage.
• Bonus: Working knowledge of Figma, Illustrator, or Keynote.
• Must be reliable, self-managed, and responsive while working remotely.
• Open to feedback and fast iterations with an eye for perfection.
