Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Process Consultant to manage projects and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversees and manages operational aspects of assigned projects, maintaining a project management mindset
• Leads complex projects requiring cross-functional coordination and collaboration with various departments
• Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external customers to influence project teams and gain consensus

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full life cycle project management experience or healthcare operations experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office Software Programs/Smartsheet or other project management tools
• Proven ability to manage group relationships across diverse geographic locations
• Experience in influencing and interacting with all levels of professional staff
• Health plan, healthcare, or clinic operations experience is preferred
