Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducts business process analysis and needs assessments to align IT solutions with business initiatives
• Formulates specifications for software applications and modifies existing applications as needed
• Prepares program specifications, coding logic flowcharts, and provides troubleshooting support

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 4 years of related experience, or a bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of relevant experience in the banking or financial services industry
• Understanding of basic infrastructure, including servers and databases
• Knowledge of application programming interface (API) tools and business intelligence tools
• Experience providing application support, including troubleshooting
