Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business liaisons and technical teams to define system goals and requirements
• Create technical specifications and facilitate Agile delivery processes
• Participate in system and user acceptance testing and implement process changes

Required Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience, preferably in the insurance industry related to workers' compensation
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or equivalent experience
• Agile Fundamentals certification (Story Writing) is required
• Six Sigma Yellow/Greenbelt and Certified Scrum Master certifications are a plus
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and support Agile delivery processes
