Job Summary

A company is looking for a Financial Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and design of business processes and systems, providing strategic recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze complex business requirements for system implementations or enhancements
• Guide and mentor junior analysts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions and adherence to best practices

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years in a business analysis role, preferably with business applications
• Preferred 2+ years experience as a NetSuite Business Applications Analyst
• Expertise in business applications such as ERP or CRM systems
• Advanced understanding of business process analysis and optimization techniques
• Experience in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and overseeing system validation processes
