Key Responsibilities

• Provide Business Systems Analysis support within a defined business or process area
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and perform detailed process documentation
• Support the business in developing and delivering end user training and addressing process/system support issues

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a related field
• AA or BA/BS Degree
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Azure DevOps, and Teams
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum framework required
