Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Transformation Analyst - Design Integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and socialization of operating model design patterns
• Conduct analyses to inform design decisions and synthesize outputs into program-level insights
• Build visual models and narratives to enhance program communication and leadership engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Analytics, Modeling, or Reporting, or High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of experience in the same fields
• Experience in business analysis, transformation, or related functions
• Familiarity with business capability models, organizational design, or process mapping
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Proactive, organized, and collaborative with a strong interest in business design and transformation
