Job Summary:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Represent DISH in customers’ homes, delivering world-class customer experiences.
• Simplify lives and consult homeowners on their smart home possibilities during installations.
• Build rapport quickly with customers to ensure a great service experience.
• Work at heights, including ladders up to 40 feet, and in all weather conditions.
• Lift over 70 lbs and possess a valid driver’s license meeting DISH’s safety standards.

Skills, Experience, and Requirements:
• Aptitude to build rapport quickly and provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to work at heights, lift over 70 lbs, and work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to travel as required.
