Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to create and implement treatment plans for injured/disabled individuals
• Assess recovery progress and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness
• Independently manage a caseload, prioritizing cases and preparing status updates for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in workers' compensation or occupational health, with 2+ years of clinical practice preferred
• Licenses: Active California RN license and Compact RN license required
• Internet: Must have reliable internet access
