Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement DRG processes
• Lead the DRG team, providing guidance and development plans for staff
• Oversee clinical claims review processes and manage team performance and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health administration, business, or nursing
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare billing and coding
• 2+ years of experience in claims auditing and recovery auditing
• Preferred coding certification and/or nursing license
• Previous supervisory experience
