A company is looking for a Labor and Employment Attorney.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal support in labor and employment law matters, including answering demand letters and conducting witness interviews
  • Assist in fact-finding investigations and drafting position letters
  • Support larger institutional clients with overflow legal work
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of current experience in labor and employment law
  • Experience with California Agencies as required by corporate clients
  • Ability to work remotely, ideally located near major California office locations
  • Full-time availability for 40 hours a week
  • Willingness to engage in varied assignments with potential for extension
