Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a nationally accredited law school
8+ years of experience in intellectual property law
Licensed to practice in at least one US state or the District of Columbia
Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry, or similar scientific disciplines (preferred)
