California Licensed Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Pharmacist in California.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medication reviews and identify drug-related problems
• Contact provider offices to discuss treatment options, particularly related to diabetes medications
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws, DEA, FDA, and board of pharmacy regulations

Required Qualifications

• Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required
• Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy
• 0-2 years of experience required
• Experience with COA MR and SUPD
• Medicare/STARS or health plan experience preferred
