California Licensed QA Testing Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Testing Lead/SME with expertise in QNXT testing and Dual Special Needs Plans (D-SNP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead QA testing efforts for QNXT platform implementations and enhancements within D-SNP CA health plans
• Manage manual testing activities, including test planning, test case development, execution, defect tracking, and reporting
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in QNXT, particularly in the context of California Medicaid and Medicare health plans

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a QA Testing Lead in healthcare-related projects
• At least 3 years of hands-on QNXT experience within a health plan setting, preferably in California
• In-depth knowledge of California medical health plans, including regulatory and business requirements for D-SNP programs
• Strong background in manual testing methodologies; ability to design and execute complex test scenarios
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
