Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Quality Improvement Nurse (RN) - Facility Site Review.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and manages healthcare strategies to improve member health outcomes in line with DHCS standards
• Collaborates with teams to evaluate and report on provider performance trends
• Participates in audits and initiatives to analyze and enhance member health outcomes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in California
• Current certification as a Certified Site Reviewer defined by DHCS
• Certified Master Trainer certification issued by DHCS within one year of hire
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years of RN experience, including three years in acute or primary care and two years in Quality Improvement
• In-depth knowledge of clinical protocols, healthcare quality improvement principles, and regulatory requirements
