Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and fulfill requests for information via telephone and email
  • Monitor the internal CSR call queue and assist with inbound calls as needed
  • Document and track calls/questions for accuracy and workflow measurement
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1+ years' experience in a help desk or triaging call center environment
  • 2+ years' experience with Windows desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office preferred
  • 1+ years' experience with PRS, E-Board, and QMARS preferred
