We are looking for a dedicated Call Center Independent Contractor to join our team. This role involves assisting patients and clients with healthcare-related inquiries, including appointments, insurance, billing, and general support. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently
• Provide support to patients regarding appointments, insurance, billing, and services
• Accurately document call interactions and follow internal processes
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues
Qualifications:
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or patient customer service
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient with basic computer applications and call center software
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment (for remote work)
• Bilingual abilities are a plus
