Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center/Tech Support position.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete training for three weeks, with the first week in the office and the remainder at home
• Work from home during regular hours of 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• Provide call center and basic technical support to customers

Required Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a call center environment
• Basic technical support experience preferred
• Ability to type at least 30 words per minute
• No degree required
• Must reside close to or in Richmond, KY
