Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Matching Associate to enhance and support the member journey in connecting members with suitable mental health providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Match members to appropriate 1:1 care providers based on individual needs and preferences
• Communicate with providers to ensure a smooth referral process and identify the best possible matches
• Manage inquiries and escalations related to the member care journey and recommend improvements for tools and processes

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a technology or healthcare company
• Empathetic and passionate about helping others with their mental health journey
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Zendesk or CRM systems is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and continuously learn
