We are seeking a focused Data Entry Clerk to continuously update our company?s databases. In this role, you will liaise with employees and customers to collect necessary information. Your primary responsibility will be to capture data into relevant databases in a timely and accurate manner. You will also identify and correct errors, promptly bringing them to the attention of… relevant… parties when necessary. To excel in this position, you should efficiently collect information and ensure that business databases are current, accurately reflecting developments, updates, and transactions. ? Verify entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
? Combine data from both systems when account information is incomplete
? Purge files to eliminate duplication of data
? Test customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data
? Secure information by completing database backups

Qualifications
? High school diploma or equivalent
? Data entry experience or related office experience preferred
? Basic computer courses may be preferred by some employers
