Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cash Application Specialist II to maintain cash and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately post cash, checks, credit cards, and electronically transferred funds to customer accounts
• Process credit cards and ACH transactions while balancing daily batch deposits
• Research payment discrepancies and ensure compliance with billing-related regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum two (2) years of Cash Application or A/R experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and relevant software
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
