Job Summary

A company is looking for a Certified Health Coach to improve individual health and wellness for program participants.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic engagement and coaching calls to support behavior change and program enrollment
• Coordinate care delivery with a multi-disciplinary team and manage operational aspects of the assigned area
• Track member progress and participate in meetings to present findings and insights

Required Qualifications

• Completed training from a NBHWC certified training program
• Active board certification in Wellness Coaching from NBHWC is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field is required
• Experience with chat-based coaching sessions is a plus
• Ability to multitask and adapt to schedule changes as needed
