Key Responsibilities

• Answer telephones and respond to customer inquiries, forwarding calls as necessary
• Process and document customer requests and maintain accurate account history
• Monitor daily transactions and review client reports to ensure data integrity

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D
• Four or more years of customer service or telephone experience
• Experience with organizational functions and personnel
• Familiarity with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology
• Skilled in the use of help desk software
