Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Coder.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert coding support across multiple service lines and specialties
• Perform advanced coding tasks and maintain a quarterly quality score of 95% or greater
• Act as a resource and expert for coding guidelines and ethical standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Completion of a Coding Course
• Minimum of 3 years of coding experience
• Core credentials in coding (e.g., RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPC)
• Preferred additional specialty certifications (e.g., CANPC, CCC, CEDC)
