Channel Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Channel Operations Manager to optimize and manage processes supporting their channel partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve operational frameworks for channel initiatives and partner programs
• Track, analyze, and provide insights into channel partner performance and program effectiveness
• Build and maintain scalable systems and processes to support internal workflows and partner experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in channel operations, sales operations, or business strategy in a technology/SaaS company
• Proficiency in CRM and BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, etc.)
• Experience developing partner enablement programs or working within a channel-driven sales model is a plus
• Salesforce Administrator or equivalent certification is a plus
